How to see who unfollowed you on Instagram

Instagram does not notify you when someone unfollows you, and it does not keep a list of past followers.

There are two honest ways to check. The free way: open your Followers list, note who is there, and compare it with the list a few days later. It works, but it takes time if you have many followers.

The other way works for one person at a time. Add that person's public account to Snoopreport. From then on, every account they unfollow appears in their report, including yours if they unfollow you.

We do not recommend apps that ask for your Instagram login to find unfollowers: sharing your password with a third party can get your account restricted.

Can you see who unfollowed you on Instagram?

Not in the app. Instagram keeps no history of who unfollowed you. You can compare your Followers list over time, or track a specific public account to see if it unfollows you.

Does Instagram notify you when someone unfollows?

No. There is no notification for unfollows.

Can I see who doesn't follow me back?

Not with this tracker. Compare your Following list with your Followers list in Instagram, or open a person's Following list and search for your username.

Do I need to log in with my Instagram?

No. We only need the public username you want to track. Your own account is never connected.

Does it work for private accounts?
