We collect data from public accounts only, so you will not be able to spy on private Instagram accounts or check likes on private accounts. We can track most Instagram likes and follows, but we do not guarantee we track them all. You will see about 5%-75% of actions performed by public Instagram accounts in your report.

Yes. We have an easy-to-use dashboard where you can add multiple Instagram accounts according to your subscription plan. You only pay once and then the subscription payment will be automatically charged to your credit card each month. You can cancel at any time via the account settings.

No we don't. Everything is done on our side. We only need the Instagram usernames you want to track.

Of course you can. You can monitor any Instagram account unless it's private.

Absolutely not. There is no connection between you and the Instagram users we are tracking. In addition, you can delete the username from your dashboard after monitoring and leave absolutely no trace.

Monitoring automatically starts after you buy a subscription plan and add accounts to your dashboard. There is no need to manually start or stop monitoring. If you want to stop monitoring, you can archive the account or delete it from your dashboard. Any remaining time of the subscription month is NOT subject to a refund.

Yes, we use a safe and secure payment processing service called Stripe. Most debit and credits cards are welcome.

Yes, you can. Click the ‘Archive' button and the user's account won't be tracked anymore and will be saved in your archive. Or click the ‘Delete' button to delete the account and all reports.

We respect privacy, so you cannot monitor private Instagram accounts.

To cancel Snoopreport, go to Dashboard > Settings > Discontinue subscription link on the bottom of the page.
