Instagram shows a Following list, but not what’s changed last week. Add any public account, and enjoy weekly or monthly reports with the list of the accounts it started following during that period.

Snoopreport tracks what the account does itself: who it starts following and who it unfollows. It does not list the people who follow that account, so a report is always about @username's own actions.

Track how a competitor's or partner's account grows: which creators it starts following, which accounts it drops, and how its circle changes month to month. Useful for influencer research and partnership checks.
Each report covers one tracked account and one period, a week or a month. It lists the accounts the person started following and the accounts they dropped during that period. Counters at the top show the totals since tracking started, and the full log can be downloaded as a .csv file.

Type the username of any public Instagram account; your Instagram login is not needed.
From that day on, we save snapshots of the account's public follows and unfollows.
Weekly and monthly reports in your dashboard show everything that changed during that period.
Why not just check Instagram? Instagram removed the Following Activity tab in 2019. Today the app shows a Following list, but no record of what was added or removed. A Snoopreport tracker keeps that record for you.

Many people assume the top of someone's Following list shows the accounts they followed most recently. Sometimes it does, often it does not. Instagram does not sort the list strictly by date, and it does not show when a follow happened.
The order can change with how often the person interacts with an account, with Instagram's own ranking, and with the device or app version you view it from. Two people looking at the same list can see it in a different order.
The only reliable way to see what changed is to compare the list at two points in time. That is what a follower tracker does: it saves a snapshot, saves another one later, and reports the difference: the recent follows and unfollows that happened between the two.

It’s an awesome tool that lets you track likes and follows on any public profile. It’s basically a feature that was on IG before 2019, but in the form of handy reports. The only catch is that you have to wait about a week for the reports to be generated. Alternatively, you can pay a few bucks and get the retrospective data immediately

I’ve been using it for a few months to track some competitors of my business, and it works really well for this. Tracking them gave me a lot of insights into how to manage my business Instagram profile. Also, being able to get past activity reports helped a lot, since I didn’t have to wait for the activity to happen.

This is the perfect tool for keeping up with what my favorite celebrities do on Instagram. I love being able to see what posts they like, who they follow, and how their interests change over time. I tested a couple other trackers, but Snoopreport was the most complete. Highly recommend if you’re curious about your favorite public figures!

Yes, if the account is public. Instagram itself no longer shows this, but once you start tracking an account, each weekly or monthly report lists the accounts it followed during that period.
No. The Following list is not sorted strictly by date, and Instagram does not show when a follow happened. The top of the list is not a reliable sign of what was followed last.
No. We only use public data, there is no connection between your account and theirs, and Instagram sends them no notification. You never need to log in with your own Instagram.
