"Following" is the list of accounts a person follows. "Followers" is the list of people who follow them.

This tracker works with the first list. It reports every account the tracked profile adds to its Following list and every account it removes, in weekly and monthly reports. It does not list the profile's followers.

The only catch is that you have to wait about a week for the reports to be generated. Alternatively, you can pay a few bucks and get the retrospective data immediately
